All you need for a run!

I hear the ‘I don’t have time today’ excuse more than any other when most of the time I think, ‘How can you not find 20 or 30 minutes for yourself at the very least?’

I schedule my workouts on my calendar so that I can a. feel good b. stay healthy c. stay fit d. set an example and then I hope to in turn inspire my clients and friends to take care of themselves. Ultimately, I am much better prepared mentally to take care of all the people in my life and treat them with the utmost respect. I think that we are all much better people for others at home and at work if we are as good as we can be to ourselves first. Life looks shinier when we take care of our health, and it positively influences the big decisions we also make for our lives and each other. Enjoy!
