It’s shorts season finally!! Ahh… are you ready? Want to know how to get great legs? Abs? There’s lots of crazy, unsafe exercises on social media these days.. WOW. It shocks me. A lot of it I stopped doing 30 years ago, yes 3-0😳Message me for an appointment if what you’re doing isn’t working. Often, it’s the WAY you move not always what you eat. ‘Diet’ is the trendy thing to concentrate on right now. I say that’s a cop out .. a way to rationalize yourself right out of exercising. It takes BOTH, 100% each! Committing to a couple of sessions/week with me (👉online support available) may just help you get a bit fitter, see those abs, get leaner, and not gain that summertime weight! WOOHOO!💃🤸‍♂️🏄‍♀️🌴🏃🏼‍♀️
